Overview

These terms govern your use of the x402 List directory, its pages, and its API. By using the directory you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions can be sent by email to info@x402-list.com.

The directory is operated by Cosimo Miccolis, an individual based in Italy. How personal data is handled is set out separately in the privacy policy.

Provided As Is

The directory and all of its data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Measured data such as uptime, response times, pricing, and the verified flag is collected on a best-effort basis from automated monitoring and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Use it at your own discretion.

A Listing Is Not an Endorsement

Inclusion in the directory means a service or facilitator was submitted or discovered and passed a basic check. It is not an endorsement, certification, audit, or recommendation. You are responsible for your own due diligence before paying or integrating with any listed party.

Measured Data Is Read-Only

Uptime, response times, pricing, on-chain volume, status, and the verified flag come from our monitoring and cannot be edited by listed parties. Listed owners can update only the declarative metadata of their entry (name, description, website, category, endpoints) through the verified update flow.

Submissions and Fees

Submitting a service or facilitator is free. To keep spam out, resubmitting a service that was rejected within the last 14 days requires a small x402 payment. The submission fee is non-refundable and re-arms on each reject. We may decline, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion, including submissions that misrepresent a service.

Removal and Contact

To request delisting, correct data, or raise any other issue, email info@x402-list.com. This is the channel we use for directory disputes and removals.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of Italy. If you use the directory as a consumer resident in the European Union, that choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and it does not affect your right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
